The weekly rental for the property is shown below. The house is available outside the peak
periods at lower cost but with a supplement for the cost of heating based on electricity
consumption.

Weeks commencing:

July 12th. to 30th. August £495 per week.
All other dates £380 per week.
*Rentals in December January and February will have an additional charge for electricity for heating costs added.

Price is inclusive of all gas, water and electricity cost, and is for a maximum of four persons plus infant.
Rentals commence on Saturday 4.00 p.m. and end on Saturday at 10.0 a.m.
